Abstracts/Etc: 요약This study cognized this situation and developed its discussions by focusing on the vitalization of domestic Webcasting. As a result, three proposals were suggested, as follows : First, the 'globalization' of Webcasting. That is, proposed to develop international competitive power were the cultivation of Webcasting, tie-ups or M&As with overseas media powers, intensive investment on or globalization of human resources. Suggested currently with this was to cope with the invasion of the international media market by creating high value added with 'One Source Multi Use' utilizing single resource for varied purposes. Second, in this context, the cultivation of international competitive power was suggested along with the industrialization of domestic Webcasting by 'global infotainment.' Also proposed for that purpose were to secure the stronghold of infotainment by converging the game and amusement industries and Webcasting, and then reinforce profit models through the legalization of adult Webcasting. Third, MIE/WIE programs were proposed as a new vitalizing plan. This signifies that the application of Webcasting to education should be systematized as a new Webcasting profit model. MIE/WIE is a new concept defined the writer of this study. In the light of the situation of Korea that is more keenly interested in education than any other countries, it seems to stand a good chance of success.
